Terms & Conditions
1. For normal delivery, the garments will be ready in 24 hours unless started otherwise.

2. Please ensure that you have collected all personal items before sending to laundry as the company will not be responsible for any valuable lost.

3. Whilst every effort made to remove spot and avoid discoloration and wear and tear of clothes final quality of the wash will entirely depend on the condition of the garments.
4. If the delivery of garments not taken within stipulated time, the garments will be stored for maximum of 90 days. At the expiry of which responsibility of compony ceases and no claim will be entertained.

5. All orders for Clean guys drycleaning & laundry services shall be subject to the terms and conditions set out herein. We however reserve the right to refuse service to any customer. All articles submitted to us must be claimed by presenting the order form within 30 days from the date of the order form. We shall not be responsible for any article not claimed within the said 30 days and shall have absolute right to deal with any unclaimed article in such manner as we think fit.
6. We shall not be responsible for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, zip, sequins, ornaments, etc. or any valuables claimed to be attached to or left on any articles submitted to us.
7. We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual article. Nevertheless, we shall not assume responsibility for any colors loss, shrinkage, or against damage to weak tender fabrics, etc.

8. Claim/Damage Policy :
All claims on the lost or damaged articles must be notified to us at the time of collection in such claim form as may be prescribed by us from time to time. Clean Guys liability with respect to any lost or damaged articles caused by us shall not exceed five(5) times the charge for cleaning that article, regardless of brand or condition and will be not held responsible if it is not clamed within (48) hours of collection along with receipt.
9. Cleaning Authorisation :
For any article cleaned with the customer’s specific authorisation or permission, the articles will be processed at the entire risk of the customer and we shall not be held responsible for any damage developed thereon.
10. Re-cleaning :
Customers may return any cleaned article for re-cleaning provided that such article and a re cleaning form as may be prescribed by us from time to time shall be completed and submitted to us at the time of collection.
11. We reserve the right to change the above terms and condition and any prices for the drycleaning & laundry services without notification to customers.
